The Judicial-Legal Council and the Justice Academy of the Ministry of Justice continue to implement necessary measures aimed at enhancing the knowledge of judicial candidates and familiarizing them with the judicial practices of foreign countries.

From September 8 to 13 of this year, a group of 31 judicial candidates—who had successfully passed the written and oral exams and were admitted to initial training courses—participated in a training visit to Ankara, Republic of Türkiye.

During the training organized at Justice Academy of Turkey, judges provided the candidates with information about legal system of Turkey, the status of judges, the activities of specialized courts, as well as the functions of the judiciary and prosecution bodies.

As part of the visit, the candidates and the delegation also visited key judicial institutions in Turkey, including the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court, the Council of Judges and Prosecutors, and the Western Ankara Courthouse, where they were familiarized with the working conditions and infrastructure.

Additionally, in order to promote effective use of free time and expand the worldview of the candidates, visits to tourist centers and historical landmarks of Turkey were also organized.
