The next meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held

The next meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held on June 24, 2025.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Judicial-Legal Council, Inam Karimov, highlighted the work done, including the importance of the decisions taken at the international conference on “Global Challenges in the Field of Judicial Management” dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the Judicial-Legal Council and the 3rd meeting of the Chairmen of the Judicial Councils of the Organization of Turkic States, and the tasks ahead.

The meeting discussed the projects prepared by the Judicial-Legal Council’s Office and Working Groups on judicial activities.

The draft Guidelines “On the Conduct of Clerical Work in the Courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, revised in accordance with the requirements of the time, was approved. At the same time, the draft “Rules and Methodology for Assessing the Performance of Judges” was discussed.

It was later decided to create working groups to analyze the efficiency of justice in criminal, civil and administrative disputes and the activities of the Judicial and Legal Council.
