The next meeting of the Judicial–Legal Council was held

The next meeting of the Judicial–Legal Council was held on December 19, 2025.

At the meeting, the Chairman of the Judicial–Legal Council, Inam Karimov, delivered a speech in which he provided information on the work carried out to improve the administration of justice in line with modern challenges and to increase its efficiency.

During the meeting, discussions were held on draft projects related to court activities prepared by the Apparatus of the Judicial–Legal Council and its Working Groups. In accordance with current requirements, the revised draft of the “New statistical reporting forms on court activities” was approved. In addition, the draft of the “Rules for conducting monitoring in the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan” was discussed.

At the same time, disciplinary proceedings were reviewed and relevant decisions were adopted.

At the end of the meeting, judges who were sent into retirement were awarded certificates of honor in recognition of their long-standing service and their significant contribution to improving the effectiveness of the administration of justice within the judicial system.
