The meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held

The next meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held on September 30, 2025.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Judicial-Legal Council, Inam Karimov, provided information on the reforms carried out in the judicial-legal field, the work done to improve justice in line with modern challenges, and the projects currently underway.

During the meeting the draft documents -  “Rules and Methodology for Assessing the Performance of Judges” and “Rules for Providing Special Information by the Courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan” were discussed and approved. It was decided to establish a “Working Group on Organizing the Training and Education Process of Judges”.

At the same time, relevant decisions were also made regarding the initiation of disciplinary proceedings and personnel issues.
