The next meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held

On December 16, 2025, the next meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held.

Speaking at the meeting, the Chairman of the Judicial-Legal Council, Inam Karimov, stated that in order to ensure the prompt formation of a new generation of judges, the selection processes for judicial candidates are currently continuing through transparent and improved stages.

During the meeting, the appeal of the Selection Committee of Judges was also reviewed. The Chair of the Committee, Vidadi Jafarov, presented detailed information on the process of selecting candidates for judicial positions.

Subsequently, individual interviews were conducted with 45 judicial candidates who had successfully completed the competition. Recommendations were provided to them, and it was decided to prepare proposals for their appointment to the positions of judges of first-instance courts.

In addition, personnel matters were considered and relevant decisions were adopted.
