The next meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held

The next meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held on May 14, 2025.

At the meeting, an exchange of views was held on the project prepared to improve the selection process of candidates for the position of judge in accordance with modern requirements. At the same time, a revised draft of the “Instructions on conducting clerical work in the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan” was discussed.

Then, the issue of electing a new member to the Judges' Election Committee was considered.

During the meeting the work done and the tasks ahead were discussede, reports on judicial activity were listened, disciplinary proceedings and personnel issues were reviewed, and relevant decisions were made.

Finally, the judges who were sent off to retirement were awarded honorary certificates for their significant contribution to increasing the efficiency of justice through their activities in the judicial system for many years.
