Head of Apparatus of the Judicial-Legal Council
He was born on April 1, 1988. In 2009, he got the bachelor's degree at the Faculty of Law of Baku State University, and in 2013 got the master's degree in "State Law" with honors. During his studies, he was the chairman of the Student Youth Organization of the Faculty of Law of Baku State University.
In 2024, he graduated with honors from the Master's Program in Anti-Corruption and Diplomacy (MACD), jointly taught by the International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) and the United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR). Currently, he is a doctoral student at Baku State University majoring in "Constitutional Law".
In 2011, he started his career as a lawyer at OJSC "Xalq” Bank. In 2013-2023, he occupied various positions in the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including as a senior prosecutor of the Anti-Corruption General Directorate under the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
As of July 5, 2023, he is the Head of Apparatus of the Judicial-Legal Council of the Republic of Azerbaijan. He is a member of the Selection Committee of Judges, the Scientific Council of the Justice Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the European Commission on the Efficiency of Justice (CEPEJ).
