The Apparatus of the Judicial-Legal Council has been established to handle organizational matters pertaining to the preparation and protocol of Council sessions, implementing the Council’s decisions, as well as to address other issues relevant to the Council's functions.
The operations of the Apparatus are governed by a Regulation adopted by the Judicial-Legal Council. The employees of the Apparatus are civil servants. The Judicial-Legal Council determines the structure of the Apparatus and staff units based on the funds allocated from the state budget.
