The next meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held

The next meeting of the Judicial-Legal Council was held on March 29, 2024.

At the meeting, the work done in order to increase the quality of justice and improve it in accordance with modern contexts, and establish the activity of the courts in a more optimal way, was discussed. It was reported that the selection process of candidates for the judiciary are being continued in transparent and improved stages for the purpose of flexible assembly of the judicial corps.

Current issues, including the appeal of the Judges' Election Committee, were discussed at the meeting. Personal conversations were held with candidates for judges who successfully completed the election process, most of whom are young lawyers, recommendations were made to them, and in the end, it was decided to prepare proposals for their appointment as judges of first instance courts.

Also, the members of the Judiciary-Legal Counsel spoke and expressed their confidence that the candidates for the judiciary work in various fields of law and will contribute to the development of justice and the judicial system in the future.
