The training process of judges is continuing

In order to improve the continuous training of judges, the Judicial and Legal Council is taking necessary measures to involve them in relevant trainings. In accordance with the Training Plan of the Judicial and Legal Council, a total of 1,062 judges participated in 30 training courses organized by the Judicial and Legal Council, as well as the Academy of Justice upon the Council's request, during the current year.

İn addition, within the framework of the measures implemented jointly with the Ministry of Justice, about 70 judges participated in the trainings held in Baku, Sumgayit, Sheki and Shirvan for judges of first and appellate courts on the topic "Stress factor in judicial activity and its management".

The trainings aimed to strengthen the emotional resilience of judges, to gain a deeper understanding of the causes of stress, and to develop practical management skills in the face of these situations.
