Judges to be represented in the Competition and Disciplinary Commissions of Private Enforcement Officers have been appointed

The Judicial-Legal Council has appointed Judge Fuad Alaskar oglu Huseynov of the Yasamal District Court of Baku city as a member of the Competition Commission of Private Enforcement Officers, and Judge Rena Nazim gizi Gafarova of the Sabail District Court of Baku city as a member of the Disciplinary Commission.

It should be noted that each of the Competition and Disciplinary Commissions is composed of representatives appointed as follows: 3 members by the Ministry of Justice, 3 members by the Chamber of Private Enforcement Officers, 1 member by the Notary Chamber, 1 judge appointed by the Judicial-Legal Council, and 1 lawyer appointed by the Bar Association.
