A group of judges has been involved in training
30.12.2025With the aim of improving the continuous judicial education system, the Judicial Legal Council is implementing the necessary measures to ensure the involvement of trainer judges in relevant training programmes.
To this end, with the support of the Supreme Court and the organisation of the Ministry of Justice, trainer judges participated in long-term training courses on civil law and civil procedure, as well as administrative law and administrative procedure, held from 15 to 26 December of the current year.
The training sessions were conducted with the participation of Professor Azer Aliyev of Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg (Germany), Professor Konstantin Branovitskiy of the same University, and Judge Jorg Pudelkan of the Administrative Court of Berlin, Germany. The trainings included exchanges of views on the respective topics and discussions based on various case studies.
