The delegation of the Judicial-Legal Council participated in an international forum held in Astana

An international forum on "Protection of Human Rights and Effective Administration of Justice: Balancing National Traditions and International Standards" was organized in Astana on the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the Supreme Judicial Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The forum was attended by members of the Judicial-Legal Council of Azerbaijan, including the Deputy Chief Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Chingiz Asgarov; the Chairman of the Sumgait Court of Appeal, Tofiq Pashayev; and the Chairman of the Khankendi City Court, Ilkin Abdullayev.

The event, held with the participation of judges, renowned scholars, experts, practitioners, state authorities, and diplomatic corps representatives, was organized by the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Judicial Council of Kazakhstan, within the framework of Kazakhstan's chairmanship of the Turkish Judicial Training Network.

During the forum, key issues regarding the balance between national and international approaches in the protection of human rights in the judicial process were extensively discussed. The importance of continuing mutually beneficial cooperation in the areas of human rights protection and improving the efficiency of justice administration was particularly emphasized.

The forum made a significant contribution to the learning of rich knowledge and experiences in enhancing the protection of human rights and the effectiveness of justice administration.
