The Judicial-Legal Council was represented at the international conference held in Dubai
20.11.2025On 16–19 November of this year, an international conference titled “Global Perspectives on Court Administration” was held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, organized by International Association for Court Administration (IACA). The Head of the Apparatus of the Judicial-Legal Council, Karam Mansurov, participated in the event as a member of IACA.
During the conference, presentations were delivered on topics such as “Empowerment, Enablement, and Equality of Court Administrators”, “The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Court Administration”, “Education and Career Development of Judges and Court Staff”, as well as “Optimization of Court Administration and Access to Justice” alongside other subjects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the justice system. Extensive discussions were held with the participation of experts, scholars, judges, chairpersons of courts from various countries, and representatives of non-governmental organizations.
Participants also had the opportunity to familiarize themselves on-site with the modern infrastructure established for the administration of justice in the courts of Dubai.
The conference proved important and productive in terms of discussing the theoretical and practical aspects of implementing modern methods in court administration, use of different judicial models found in international practice, exploring opportunities for the use of artificial intelligence in the justice system, advancing digital transformation, and improving the accessibility of courts. These discussions enabled participants to analyze current development trends, exchange best practices, and identify new approaches aimed at advancing judicial systems.
