A representative of the Judicial-Legal Council participated in the “HPE Discover 2025” event held in Barcelona
08.12.2025The Judicial-Legal Council continues to consistently expand its international cooperation aimed at developing judicial administration in line with modern standards through the implementation of digital solutions.
On December 3–5, 2025, the “HPE Discover 2025” event was held in Barcelona, Kingdom of Spain, organized by “Hewlett Packard Enterprise” (HPE), a company specializing in information technologies.
Nurlan Hamidli, Deputy Head of the Apparatus of the Judicial-Legal Council and Head of the Department for Digital Justice and Innovative Development, took part in the event.
The event featured discussions on innovative solutions accelerating the application of artificial intelligence in courts, relevant recommendations of leading technology companies, essential standards for digital security and reliable protection strategies, as well as the expansion of the use of AI-based modular data centers.
This event enabled an analysis of the latest technological innovations that could contribute to enhancing the efficiency of justice. It also created broad opportunities for exchanging views with leading experts in the field and learning new ideas and best practices.
Overall, the event served as an important platform for identifying emerging global trends in accelerating the digital transformation of judicial administration.
