Textbook “The Justice Law” was Published
24.02.2026With the support of the National Aviation Academy, a textbook titled “The Justice Law” was published, authored by Doctors of Law and professors Firuza Abbasova and Aykhan Rustamzada, as well as Doctor of Law Fardin Khalilov.
The publication is devoted to the theoretical and practical aspects of justice in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The book presents the concept of justice, modern judicial and legal reforms, as well as the prospects for the use of information technologies, digitalization, and artificial intelligence systems in court activities. It also outlines the key principles governing the implementation of justice.
The textbook further explains, in clear language, the institutional and procedural guarantees of the right to a fair trial, the judicial system of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the legal status of judges and other participants in justice, the activities of the Judicial Legal Council of Azerbaijan, and the ethical aspects of administering justice.
The publication is intended not only for students but also for judges, employees of the prosecutor’s office and other law-enforcement bodies, lawyers, academic researchers, and anyone interested in justice.
The advisor of the textbook is Karam Mansurov, Head of the Apparatus of the Judicial Legal Council. The reviewers are Azar Jafarov, member of the Judicial Legal Council - Doctor of Law, Professor; and Farhad Abdullayev, Chairman of the Constitutional Court of Azerbaijan - Doctor of Law, Professor.
The textbook was first presented to the legal community at the Second Forum of Azerbaijani Judges held on 20 February 2026.
