A Group of Judges Participated in Training

In order to improve the system of continuous training for judges, necessary measures are being implemented by the Judicial Legal Council of Azerbaijan to involve trainer judges in relevant training programs.

For this purpose, with the support of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Azerbaijan and organized by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan, trainer judges participated in a long-term training program on civil law and civil procedure held in Lankaran from March 10 to 14 of the current year.

The training was conducted with the participation of Professor Azer Aliyev and Professor Konstantin Branovitskiy from the Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg of the Federal Republic of Germany. During the training, participants exchanged views on the relevant topics and held discussions on various case studies.
