"887 - Court Call Center" have been expanded

In order to further increase access to justice in our country, promptly respond to citizen appeals, and increase citizen satisfaction, the functions of the "887 - Court Call Center" have been expanded.

Within this framework, citizens' questions regarding the "Electronic Court" information system will no longer be answered through the "880 - hotline" contact center, but directly by dialing the short number "887". To obtain the relevant information, it is sufficient to dial the connection codes "114" and then "2" after calling the "887 - Court Call Center".

For your information, we would like to inform you that the inquiries received regarding the "Electronic Court" information system mainly concern the activities of the "Electronic Cabinet", as well as providing information on the status of applications and documents, preparing and submitting applications, and other issues.

It should be noted that the "887 - Court Call Center" operates in live mode from Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. It is possible to directly contact the relevant court by calling the number “(012) 887” from any region of the Republic of Azerbaijan using landline phones, and the short number “887” from all mobile operators, using the contact codes provided in the voice menu. The contact codes of the courts can also be obtained from the official website of the Judicial and Legal Council – www.jlc.gov.az.
