Announcement of the Selection Committee of Judges

The Judges’ Election Committee announces that the written exam for 160 candidates who have successfully passed the test exam will be held on November 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM at the Electronic Examination Center of the State Examination Center (Baku city, Binagadi district, Suleyman Sani Akhundov street 108).

According to the "Rules for the Selection of Candidates for Vacant Judge Positions," the written exam will be conducted electronically.

Details on how to express cases (casus) in the exam and important points to be considered during their evaluation are provided in the “Candidate’s Memory Booklet for the Judge Position,” which is available on the website of the Judicial-Legal Council.

Candidates can get their “Exam Admission Ticket” through the Judicial-Legal Council’s website starting from November 24.

At the same time, the Judges’ Election Committee announces that the acceptance of documents from candidates wishing to become judges is ongoing without interruption. Legal professionals who aspire to become judges may submit their relevant documents.
